2. To retrieve event information from a reader on the system chose All Messages
(Reader) from the Report Type drop-down list. Also ensure you have ticked
'Include Video'.
3. In the Search Criteria section of the Transaction Reports screen, define a Start
Date and End Date and set a Start time and End time, or optionally leave these at
their default values.
4. Next, select the reader, then click the Execute Query button.
